Discover your passion: music, dance, poetry, art, or athletics; and do it every day.
Ride the bull. Take it by the horns and never let go.
Fill your life with people who support and inspire you.
Guilt, shame and remorse do not belong in your vocabulary.
Do the right thing for no other reason than because it is the right thing.
What matters today may not matter as much tomorrow. Do not overly focus on it.
It is totally healthy to cry. Crying sheds sadness and opens up the heart for more love. Holding in tears does nothing but create blocks of sadness.
I know it seems obvious, but do what makes you happy. You will spend much of your time doing it, so find something you enjoy. Take the time to figure out what that is. There is no hurry in life. The only hurry is in all there is to do, see and accomplish.
Travel because it allows you to see how the rest of the world lives. Do not isolate yourself into the small world of your own reality. Expose yourself. Allow yourself to be touch by the world. Allow the world to be touched by you.
Love is the answer to everything. Forgive easily. Do not hold a grudge as it lodges arrows deep into your heart. They are hard to remove.
Look after your physical body. You only have one. Do not abuse it but nourish, hydrate and exercise it.
Learn to master your mind and control your thoughts. When it seems impossible, work it out physically. Learn to release being trapped in the labyrinth of the mind.
Be yourself, even in darkness and sadness. The light will always shine, just dimmer some days more than others.
Try to have a good sense of humor and light disposition.Do not let the poison of others penetrate. Let it drip and roll away like a bead of sweet oil.
Breathe in deeply and soak it up. All of it. Appreciate.
