People eat for many different reasons. The first step in putting a stop to emotional eating is identifying your personal triggers. What situations, places, or feelings make you reach for the comfort of food? Causes of emotional eating can be stress, stuffing emotions, boredom, feelings of emptiness, childhood habits and social influences. We will go to the root cause of when you started develop a negative attitude towards food. We will also reprogram the way you think and feel about yourself. You’ll start to feel better about yourself and have a healthier more loving relationship with yourself and food.
